Here's another, not very chalenging though:

Imagine a room with no windows and only one door, with a light bulb inside. Outside the room there's a panel with three switches only one of wich can turn on or off the light bulb. You're standing outside the room and have to guess wich of the three switches is the one that turns on and off the light. You have no way to tell from the outside if the light is on and you can only enter the room once. How do you do it?

Hello!

Here's another riddle to take your mind off work for a bit, or it might frustrate you. Haha.

Riddle
Suppose we have 5 hats, 3 whites and 2 blacks. Suppose also that theres 3 people, say A, B and C and we give each person a hat. They can't see what hat they're wearing and they have to guess, but there's a catch: A can see both B's and C's hat, but B can only see C's hat and C can't see any hat.
A starts and says that he doesn't know what hat he's wearing. Then is B's turn and he too says he doesn't know. Then is C's turn and he says: "I know what colour of hat I'm wearing"

So, what colour of hat is he wearing and how did he know?

Guys, remember to read the GP handout i gave you before the holidays. yes, THAT thick handout.

What you can do:

1. Look up the meanings of words that you dont know. You can use the gp book as your wordbank book if you like.

2. Highlight key phrases/points that can help you in your gp essays in the future.

These are just my suggestions of what you can do but you must must MUST read the notes. byee

Hey guys!
I've some important announcements to make.
So do not blink an eye while reading this post.

Class outing
If nothing goes wrong, we will be having our 2nd class outing next week.
Details will be confirmed very very soon.
Most likely de outing will be on friday.
If you guys have any suggestions of places we can have our outing,
do feel free to leave a tag or msg me.

Pioneer Palette
In your own PW groups, I need you guys to come up with 1 design per group, with regards to the lyrics "With conviction we take every turn." Come up with one design that best portrays the meaning of that sentence. *Note: All pieces are to be submitted to me straight after the holidays.
No excuses will be entertained.

YMCA Entreprenuership
For this, just follow the instructions/guidelines given on the blue sheet of paper that i've given to each group. Get them done before the deadlines, as stated on on the paper.

LAST Friday, 13thMarch, PJC Team A lost to RJ, clinching 2nd place for NUS Policy Debate. (GG!)

On 14thMarch, our school sent 3 teams for the NTU Dorothy Cheung Debating Tournament. PJC Team A and C are going into the FINALLSSS (tmr)!!!

hello s16 (: some gentle reminder of our happenings~

iskandar,atiqah,husna,jiahao and sihui will be having their INTENSIVE canoe-ing camp!
Daman having some basketball camp in school or smth?
